Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the full lifecycle of assigned products in the electronics industry. Responsibilities include overseeing product transfers, developing NPI schedules, and driving continuous improvements. Job Descriptions:

• Manage assigned products throughout the full lifecycle, from design through end-of-life.

• Develop and maintain NPI schedules to ensure timely transition to mass production.

• Oversee product transfer from design to NPI and production across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, processes, and overall performance.

• Facilitate production release reviews, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place.

• Support manufacturing sites in achieving targeted yields during production release.

• Coordinate prototype and pilot builds, ensuring necessary resources and materials are available.

• Work with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure component readiness.

• Gather DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and PFMEA feedback from pilot builds and relay insights to design teams.

• Lead ECN (Engineering Change Notice) discussions with relevant stakeholders to manage product changes in accordance with established procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product engineering or NPI is a plus.

• Experience in product transfer within the electronics industry is a plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Malaysia.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
