Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main product owner, managing RFQs and working with Sales & Marketing and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Track and close RFQs on time, ensuring proper TAT reporting.
• Lead FAT, FLP, and FAI activities to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate BOMs and routing, ensuring timely updates.
• Drive product improvements such as yield, scrap, OTD, and PPM performance.
• Handle product concessions and ensure all requirements align with customer expectations.
• Manage packaging, raw materials, tooling, and fixtures for assigned products.
• Serve as the key customer contact for all product-related topics.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s in Optics, Mechanical, Precision Engineering.
• Min 2 years of experience in optics, opto-mechanical, or opto-electronic systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Experience designing jigs and fixtures.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with optical testing and metrology systems.
