Product Director, Training Enablers (LS/JT)

Product Director, Training Enablers is responsible to lead and manage a product development team, to ensure its alignment with KTS business goals, market needs and customer requirements. He/she will provide the product vision, guide the team throughout each product lifecycle, overseeing product development and ensure product deployment to end user as a commercial success.

Job Description:

Product Director with exceptional communication and people management skills to lead our product development team in defining the product roadmap and foster partnership and stakeholder management to grow the business.

Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Roadmap

Defining the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, design, and development steps.

Product Lifecycle Management

Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and beyond.

Ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Monitoring product performance and identifying areas for improvement.

People and Resource Management

Mentor and manage a medium-scale product development team that consistently delivers on projects.

Responsible for overall team performance and health, resource allocation, and project prioritization to achieve maximum outcome.

Business Case Development and Budget Management

Developing and presenting business cases to justify product investments.

Managing product budgets and ensuring financial efficiency during product development.

Stay on top of product/industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Market research, identify and develop partnership, stakeholder management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, preferably with MBA or business related field background.

7-10 years of proven experience in product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and product strategy.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good to have background in agile product development or related skills

Experience working on Mixed Reality environments ie VR, AR, MR

Experience working on large scale, complex projects across multiple organization pillars

Experience working with Machine Learning, AI or Large Language Models

Experience working on driving related simulation
