We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Development Executive driving the development and launch of innovative and high-quality PPE products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, market awareness, project management skills, and deep knowledge of local and global regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and user needs analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Conceptualise and design new PPE products, including prototyping and iteration.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product safety and performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international PPE standards (ANSI, EN, ISO, NIOSH, etc.).
• Source and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and components.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration for product launches.
• Analyse competitor activities and develop product positioning strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Product Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of product development experience, preferably in PPE or related industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software and product lifecycle management systems.
• Strong knowledge of PPE regulations, testing procedures, and material selection.
