Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and carbon markets.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: familiarity with REC registries will be an advantage.
• Entry Level with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Development Senior Executive to join our Green Energy & Products team. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing new green energy solutions, managing Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) portfolios, and supporting the sales of sustainable electricity products.

Job Duties

Product Development & Customer Experience

• Support the design and development of new products and services that enhance customer experience and engagement
• Co‑develop offerings through partnerships aligned with green energy initiatives

Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs)

• Take the lead in the sales and development of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs)
• Oversee the management of REC portfolios and act as one of the internal subject matter experts
• Manage processes for registration, verification, and retirement of renewable projects and REC transactions

Green Electricity & Commercial Support

• Handle and lead responses to green energy enquiries from customers
• Support the sales of green electricity by assisting Key Account Managers with strategies, pricing, and new initiatives

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Assist in the daily operational management of various products with cross‑departmental teams, including RECs and other green energy offerings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to ensure seamless workflow and communication

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and carbon markets
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint: familiarity with REC registries (e.g. TIGR, I‑REC) will be an advantage
