Razer is seeking a curious Product Developer Intern to support AI-powered software product development. You will work with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will assist in data analysis, market research, and experiment planning, gaining exposure to end-to-end product development and validation within a gaming tech context.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present findings clearly
  • Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides for analysis and reporting
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams with stakeholders
  • Interest in AI, software products, gaming tech, or product management
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly

Responsibilities

  • Research competitors, market trends, and AI software to identify opportunities for product strategy
  • Gather and refine business and user requirements into product specs and acceptance criteria
  • Analyze product usage and metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
  • Plan and support experimentation, including defining hypotheses and success metrics
  • Support user research and product validation to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Synthesize research and data into structured recommendations and business cases
  • Create and maintain product documentation, dashboards, and release materials

Job Responsibilities :

We’re seeking a curious, analytical, and user-focused Product Developer Intern to join the Razer AI Software team. In this role, you’ll support the development of AI-powered software products through market and competitor research, requirements gathering, data analysis, experimentation, and product validation. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, QA, and other stakeholders to turn business and user needs into actionable insights and product requirements. This role is ideal for someone interested in AI, product strategy, gaming, and technology, and who enjoys using data and structured problem-solving to help teams make better product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Competitor & Market Research: Research competing products, AI industry trends, gaming software, and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities, benchmarks, and implications for product strategy.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with product managers and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and user requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze product usage, user behavior, feedback, and business metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support the planning and execution of product experiments and A/B tests, including defining hypotheses and success metrics, analyzing results, and recommending next steps.
  • User Research & Product Validation: Support user research, internal testing, and feature validation to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the overall product experience.
  • Product Planning & Business Analysis: Support product planning by synthesizing research, data, and stakeholder inputs into structured recommendations, business cases, and prioritization inputs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain product requirements, research summaries, dashboards, reports, presentations, release materials, and other documentation for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and other teams to align on requirements, priorities, experiments, and product launches.
Pre-Requisites :

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate information into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to different stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, software products, gaming technology, or product management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may evolve quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in business analysis, product management, market research, strategy, consulting, data analysis, or user research through internships, school projects, or extracurricular activities.
  • Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle and concepts such as user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, and product releases.
  • Familiarity with analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience using collaboration or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how AI is being applied across consumer and software products.
  • Strong interest in gaming, PC software, gaming communities, and emerging technology trends is highly advantageous.
