Job summary

The role emphasizes strong interaction/visual design, accessibility, and research-driven decision making, with a focus on content-heavy interfaces and thoughtful use of AI tools in the workflow. Office-based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product design with complex shipped products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills including accessibility.
• Experience owning design for a product area and collaborating with PMs and engineers.
• Experience planning and running user research and usability testing.
• Ability to justify design decisions and maintain consistency across products.
• Thoughtful use of AI tools in design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for your product team end to end, including discovery, flows, prototypes,specifications, and iteration after launch
• Work with your PM and engineers to shape scope, make trade-offs, and ship
• Plan and run research and usability testing, and combine the findings withbehavioural data
• Work with education technology and curriculum specialists so designs support howstudents learn, including how content and UI work together
• Use and contribute to shared patterns, and align with designers from other productteams within the Student Mission, as well as with designers from other missionswhen there is a need to do so
• Take part in critiques and support other designers through feedback
