We Are Hiring: Director – Product Design & Research Development
Monthly Salary: SGD 7,000 – 9,000

Our company is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a high-caliber Director in Product Design & R&D who can blend creativity, innovation, and technical insight. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands product functionality but also has a strong sensitivity to art, aesthetics and visual culture.

What You Will Do:

• Drive the overall creative vision for new product concepts
• Lead R&D initiatives, ensuring products meet both artistic and commercial standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, engineering and production
• Evaluate materials, colors, and forms to create memorable product experiences
• Supervise prototype development and product improvement cycles
• Shape long-term design strategies aligned with brand positioning

• Background in product design, industrial design, R&D or related disciplines
• Demonstrated artistic taste and strong aesthetic judgement
