About your role

• Maintain and update product documentation, ensuring that changes in requirements, timelines, or go-to-market strategies are accurately reflected and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate & Information Management: Consolidate inputs such as designs, requirements, and clarifications into structured formats, making them easily accessible for the team. Provide support in clarifying execution details and resolving open questions.
• Issue & Feature Oversight: Monitor customer issues, bug reports, and feature progress. Ensure timely follow-ups, identify trends, and coordinate with relevant teams to drive resolution and closure.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track development metrics and team progress to provide transparency. Highlight risks or lapses early and ensure stakeholders remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
