Job description

We are seeking a hands-on expert to drive daily regional product maintenance and upkeep activities aligned with product expectations and goals for the APAC region. This role combines strong analytical and technical skills to foster innovation and adoption of customer-facing products for 3PL tracking and content management.

  • Product Roadmap and Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager, Product Management to contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with country IT champions across operations, sales, marketing, and IT to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for optimizing product offerings and cost efficiencies.
  • IT Project Management: Oversee the IT product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch of new features, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • System Analysis: Conduct system analysis and data assessments to recommend effective solutions for product issues and unforeseen challenges.
  • System Configuration and Documentation: Support new customer onboarding by configuring system parameters according to recommended templates and developing standard technical documentation.
  • System Training: Facilitate product training to enhance usage in the Asia Pacific region, showcasing capabilities to prospective customers.
Requirements
  • Less than 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or supply chain or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, data integration, and process optimization.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
