About the job

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross‑functional initiatives to drive the growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the regions like Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia‑Pacific (APAC).

In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube APAC Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring the Creator, Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO), and Shopping products to market, and a advocate for creators, creator third‑party providers and merchants helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of the creators and partners. Responsibilities
  • Own the product go‑to‑market strategy in APAC for verticals/products.
  • Work with Global Product Activation team and the APAC YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross‑functional projects working with stakeholder set.
  • Support the launch of Creator, EMCO and Shopping products in APAC markets.
  • Synthesize and prioritize regional product feedback; make recommendations on product roadmap to global.
  • Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross‑functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.
