You are a Producer/PM:

A Carbon Producer and Project Manager is the backbone of the Carbon business. You are the person that enables every department to work cohesively to deliver creative solutions for our clients. You bring organization, rigor and efficiency to every project. No area of the business can function without the support of the production team. You are also a creative contributor that helps to shape the creative idea and the end product. A Producer and ‘cerebrally ambidextrous’ and has the ability to use the left or right side of the brain at any given moment.

Responsibilities
  • Fully scoping and developing complex and detailed projects plans that align with client objectives while ensuring Carbon are able deliver the required creative solution
  • Scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource management & allocation and risk assessment on designated projects
  • Building and managing a database of external vendors that can support projects when Carbon does not have the internal capabilities to do so
  • Pricing and contract negotiation for external vendors and all associated external costs for projects.
  • Acting as contact for designated clients when required. Offering project update/reports, understanding and internally communicating changes to clients’ needs and projects, internally communicating client feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Working with creative leadership to manage end-to-end projects and production processes
  • Support on live action shoots acting as producer, runner and coordinator
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed upon project plans.
  • Continually reviewing projects plans to foresee, prevent and manage any potential issues that could affect budget, timelines or deliverables.
  • Staying informed of trends, innovations and opportunities in the creative content space to inform the creative and wider business while enabling Carbon to foresee opportunities to grow and evolve.
  • Maintaining the highest of standard of excellence in all aspects of your role and ensure consistency in those standards at all times
  • Contributing to new and existing business pitches. Working collaboratively with creative and project teams to convert business opportunities.
  • Championing and upholding the culture of the Carbon business through work ethic, integrity and being a voice of positivity at all times.
