We are hiring a Producer / Project Manager for 3-6 month engagement. He/she should be highly organized, creatively driven Producer / Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of marketing projects and video content. This role is ideal for an experienced producer who can immediately step in, take ownership of projects, and manage both the creative and operational sides of video production.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in video and events production while also excelling at planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
3 - 6 months (with potential extension depending on project needs).
Manage multiple projects for the full production lifecycle: pre-production, filming, and post-production.
Build and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and production schedules.
Collaborate with creative directors, writers, designers, and clients to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
Source, brief, and manage talent, crew, production houses, freelancers, and vendors.
Conduct location scouting, risk assessments, and logistic planning.
Oversee on-set direction to ensure creative integrity and smooth execution.
Ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Prepare and manage production budgets, quotations, and cost breakdowns.
Negotiate pricing and scope with vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
Manage client expectations and maintain professional, proactive communication while building long term relationships with clients.
2–5 years of experience in video production, project management, or a related creative field.
Strong understanding of video production workflows, camera setups, editing processes, and asset management.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
