• Monitor and track procurement activities for timely execution.
• Provide procurement support and professional advice.
• Document key lessons learnt for continuous improvement.
• Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and projects.

Skills

Experience in managing Invitations to Quote (ITQs)

Strong interest in growing procurement knowledge and competencies

Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks

Strong organisational, analytical, and leadership abilities

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, reliable, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Education

Tertiary qualification preferred

Diploma holders with relevant experience
