Job summary

A leading procurement solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to execute procurement activities and manage supplier relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, maintaining procurement records, and collaborating with teams to enhance supply chain efficiency. Ideal candidates should have over 6 years of experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the Build & Design or Interior Fit‑out industry.
  • Proven experience handling multiple suppliers and purchase orders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Execute procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any order discrepancies or delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support invoice verification and payment processes.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to forecast material needs and ensure uninterrupted project supply.
  • Evaluate suppliers and support sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and maintain long‑term partnerships.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and overall efficiency.
