Procurement Officer

5 days (Mon-Fri)

Location: Jurong

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4500

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end procurement process, including sourcing (local/overseas), negotiations, and issuing of purchase orders.
• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Conduct market research and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.
• Oversee facilities, logistics, and shipping arrangements (local & international).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, ISO, and HSE standards.
• Manage company licensing, insurance renewals, and vehicle maintenance/registration.
• Resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, or performance.
• Support project teams, maintain inventory records, and perform duties assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Hands-on procurement experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering industry.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s procurement regulations and best practices.
• Able to work well in a team
