• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and lead times.

Responsibility

• Assist in the procurement process by generating, validating, and maintaining purchase orders in accordance with project requirements.
• Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services for purchase to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers while ensuring compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and issue tax invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and apply effective negotiation skills to secure the best pricing, payment terms, lead times, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
