Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage partner orders and handle various requests. Job Highlights
  • Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
  • Contract Duration: 12-month contract
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Nearest MRT Station: Serangoon
Job Scope
  • Place orders and handle requests like new orders, terminations, changes, and renewals
  • Complete Partner order forms and submit them via email or portal
  • Use systems like ESOM, EKOM, FIORI, and Quote System
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and handle monthly statistics
  • Engage Partners for order updates and resolve payment issues
  • Validate Partner payments and manage billing disputes
  • Maintain proper documentation and escalate issues when needed
  • Other duties as assigned by HQ Supervisor/Operations Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business, IT, or Telecommunications is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills:
    • Strong rapport-building skills with internal teams and external partners
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
    • In-depth knowledge of Pegasus and SAP Systems
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
    • Familiarity with Global Data and Internet Products and Settlement Process
