A leading procurement consultancy is seeking a Procurement Manager in Singapore. The successful candidate will drive procurement strategies across Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei, ensuring operational excellence and supplier engagement. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting procurement activities within the Property and Facilities Management (FM) categories. You will partner closely with internal teams to support store openings, renovations, and operational excellence across multiple markets.
This position covers procurement activities for operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei, ensuring that stores run efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will manage the full procurement lifecycle, from strategy development to supplier engagement, ensuring cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
Develop and execute procurement strategies and category plans aligned with business goals.
Partner with Property teams to support store development and maintenance projects.
Conduct market analysis to identify suppliers, assess conditions, review spending patterns, and forecast pricing trends.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Lead RFQs, RFPs, RFXs, and e-auctions, including evaluations and negotiations.
Monitor supplier performance and KPIs to ensure service delivery and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnership and reliability.
Address supplier issues promptly and conduct regular performance reviews.
Manage procurement targets and track performance against team goals.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs.
Drive process improvements by staying updated on industry best practices and procurement technologies.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with strong ambition to grow.
Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including contract management and negotiation.
Excellent numeracy, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and modern digital tools.
Experience in construction, facilities management, retail, or multi-market environments is preferred.
Regional experience across multiple markets is an advantage.
