Henkel is seeking a seasoned sourcing professional for their Packaging Procurement team in Singapore. You will lead strategic sourcing, build supplier partnerships, and drive cost optimization while aligning with sustainability goals.

The role offers exposure to global, regional, and local markets with development programs and flexible work options. Strong experience in APAC/global environments is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing with packaging focus.
• Experience in complex multinational environments with stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in senior supplier relationships and high-value negotiations.

What You´ll Do

• Continuously build and maintain in-depth portfolio knowledge including packaging market characteristics, cost drivers, value chain transparency and supplier landscape
• Develop and execute long term portfolio strategy, aligned with business priorities, development and manufacturing needs and sustainability goals
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships with global, regional, and local packaging suppliers
• Lead high impact negotiations with local, regional and global players
• Drive total cost of ownership optimization across materials, logistics, complexity, etc.

What makes you a good fit

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with significant focus on packaging, preferably in industrial manufacturing fields
• Proven experience operating in complex, multinational environments with strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong track record managing senior supplier relationships and high-value negotiations
• Experience working across APAC / global supply markets is a strong advantage
