This role requires relocating to Sembawang area by early 2026.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our purchasing and sourcing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle — from supplier selection and negotiation to purchase order execution and inventory cost control — ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing activities.

Our current office is located in Aljunied area.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around Early 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services across multiple business units.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and Halal/SFA/F&B industry requirements.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers locally and internationally to ensure best value and quality.
  • Review and approve purchase requests, supplier quotations, and purchase orders through the NAV system.
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to ensure business continuity and prevent stockouts.
  • Plan purchasing schedules in alignment with production, finance, and logistics timelines to ensure smooth payment cycles.Work closely with Finance to manage supplier invoices, payment lead time, and monthly procurement budgets.
  • Maintain accurate item master data including SKU codes, UOMs, pricing, and vendor details within the NAV ERP system.
  • Analyze spend data, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Support audit requirements, documentation, and compliance reports related to procurement and vendor management.
Requirements
