Responsibilities
- Partner with internal departments to design and implement tender strategies that balance cost efficiency with quality standards.
- Develop detailed tender documents and negotiate clear, comprehensive contracts that protect PSA’s interests and define all project deliverables.
- Lead the end-to-end evaluation of supplier proposals and drive negotiations to secure robust commercial agreements.
- Oversee the full tender process—inclusive of timely execution and post-contract management—ensuring suppliers fulfill their obligations and that contract risks are identified and managed.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with both stakeholders and vendors, continuously enhancing procurement processes to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing and procurement.
- In‑depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, tender management, contract development, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical abilities, with effective communication and influencing skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with a variety of stakeholders to meet organizational priorities.
- Exposure to e‑procurement solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Zycus, with CIPS or CPSM certification (or working toward it) considered an advantage.
