Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager (APAC) to lead all regional sourcing activities and strengthen the company’s procurement operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This position reports directly to the Global Head of Procurement and will oversee a regional team responsible for driving supplier performance, cost optimization, and procurement process standardization. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a deep understanding of the APAC supply market and proven experience managing regional procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across the APAC region to ensure cost efficiency, supplier quality, and performance optimization.
  • Build, develop, and guide the regional procurement team while aligning with global procurement strategies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers across local markets to enhance the company’s supplier base and global network.
  • Drive adoption of global procurement tools, systems, and processes within the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with global procurement teams to harmonize sourcing methodologies and governance practices.
  • Conduct market analysis, supplier scouting, and technical evaluations to support product and business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive advantages for the company.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate procurement into business operations and product development.
  • Provide periodic reports on regional procurement performance and market insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
  • 7–10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in a manufacturing or product-driven environment.
  • At least 3 years of APAC sourcing experience; engineering products background preferred.
  • Strong understanding of APAC supplier markets, negotiation, and compliance requirements.
