Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and vendor management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at building supplier relationships, and is passionate about driving cost efficiencies and operational excellence. You will play a key role in shaping our procurement strategy and ensuring we deliver value across the Club.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement & Governance
  • Lead the Club’s sourcing strategy to achieve both cost efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Uphold transparent and compliant procurement practices aligned with the Financial Operating Manual.
  • Oversee tender and quotation processes, from specifications to evaluations and award recommendations.
  • Review and refine procurement policies, KPIs, and workflows to strengthen governance and accountability.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor list with due diligence and regular performance reviews.
  • Manage the contract register accurately, tracking renewals, expiries, and obligations.
  • Resolve supplier issues promptly and professionally in the Club’s best interest.
  • Support inventory verification exercises and maintain full documentation for audit readiness.
  • Ensure comprehensive audit trails and prepare timely procurement reports for management.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively across departments to understand needs and deliver effective procurement support.
  • Guide users on procurement processes, system usage, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and mutual benefit.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospitality, clubs, F&B, or service industries.
  • Proven track record in tender management, contract negotiation, and vendor governance.
  • Experience with procurement systems such as TenderBoard, Sesami, NorthStar, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience in stock management, inventory counts, and audit processes.
  • Sound analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess quotations, and identify value opportunities.
  • Effective collaborator and clear communicator across multiple functions.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Supportive leader who fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
