Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Procurement Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Group’s procurement function — ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of hotels’ material requirements, including routine purchasing of food, beverage, general store items, and other supplies. The incumbent will uphold corporate policies and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and efficiency in all purchasing and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with corporate and hotel purchasing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
- Develop and implement category strategies across key spend areas such as food and beverage, operating supplies, equipment, and services — establishing clear sourcing approaches, supplier selection criteria, and cost-control measures.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders through regular business reviews, driving service excellence, cost optimization, and adherence to performance standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with department heads and user units, providing expert procurement guidance and timely sourcing solutions to meet operational needs.
- Provide strategic advice on procurement matters, ensuring contractual terms, obligations, and financial or supply risks are clearly defined and effectively managed.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contract award, and vendor performance management to ensure compliance, value creation, and operational excellence.

The Person
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, cost management principles, PR/PO systems, and contract administration.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in hospitality procurement, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, supplier management, and achieving cost efficiencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP Ariba or equivalent procurement platforms.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with strong initiative and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
