Job summary

ASM International (Singapore) seeks a Controller I in Business Control Sourcing to partner with Global Sourcing and provide end-to-end financial guidance on material costs, PPV analysis, and reference tools governance. The role ensures data integrity and links sourcing actions to P&L impact across a multi-tier supply base.

The candidate will drive procurement savings, PPV forecasting, and budgeting, working with Global Procurement, Supply Chain Ops, and Engineering to align financial insights

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8-10 years in finance, with supply chain/procurement experience.
• Experience in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and PPV.
• Proficient in ERP (SAP) and BI tools.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to Global Sourcing and provide insights.
• Evaluate strategic sourcing initiatives and multi-year agreements.
• Track target costs and reflect sourcing in forecasts.
• Own procurement savings program design and reporting.
• Perform PPV analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly procurement financial reports to leadership.
• Drive annual budget and monthly forecasting for cost savings.
