Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for machine components and materials locally and overseas.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality, specification, and certification issues.
• Monitor project costings, supplier performance, and implement cost control initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office, with the ability to work independently under tight schedules.
