Proactively identify, evaluate, and research potential suppliers for machine components, materials, and procurement items both locally and internationally.

Continuously seek out new suppliers and assess current ones to ensure a reliable pool of qualified suppliers.

Engage with suppliers to procure high-quality materials and products for the business.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and leverage negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, lead times, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate closely with suppliers on delivery schedules, quality concerns, product specifications, and certification requirements.

Coordinate supplier‑led training sessions for designers and engineers when necessary.

Oversee and track project costs to achieve cost savings and maintain accurate project cost data.

Manage inventory turnaround times efficiently.

Handle purchase order management and processes.
