Job description

• Position: Procurement Executive
• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up
• Handle procurement of key equipment and systems such as:
  • Heavy Equipment & Power Systems
  • Utility & Safety Systems
  • Electrical & Instrumentation Materials
  • Mechanical & Piping Components
  • Architectural & Miscellaneous Items
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards

Requirements

• Requires a Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Oil and Gas EPC procurement experiences with construction projects
• Knowledgeable in technical equipment and materials used in industrial projects
• Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
