Job Scope

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to expand sourcing channels and ensure reliable supply.
• Procure raw materials and components for battery production, including lithium, cobalt, nickel, chemicals, and other materials
• Achieve procurement targets for cost, quality, and timely delivery
• Negotiate contracts and long-term supply agreements with suppliers
• Manage supplier performance, relationships, and risks
• Monitor delivery schedules and material quality to ensure production continuity
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and cost analysis for key materials
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to meet project requirements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with project and company requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related field
• Relevant 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the battery, resources new energy, or chemical industry
• Experience in international sourcing and supplier management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
