Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to optimize costs and manage supplier relationships. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Aerospace industry. The role requires good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers $4000 to $4300 monthly, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Aerospace industry.
• Prior experience with Aerospace products, particularly MRO.
• Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice is an added advantage.

• Monitor and drive overall procurement performance and optimize costs.
• Drive decision-making in supplier and source selection process.
• Conduct vendor sourcing and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure deliverables align with contractual terms.
• Engage in contract and price negotiations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and analyze cost-saving strategies.
