Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our sourcing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
1.Supplier Sourcing & Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors
  • Conduct regular supplier performance review
2. Procurement Operations
  • Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
3. Communication & Coordination
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations
  • Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
  • Translate procurement documents when needed
4. Cost Optimization & Negotiation
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to support strategic purchasing decisions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in food, retail, or FMCG procurement
