We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our procurement and sourcing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with company standards.

Job Description
  • Source, evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure to support projects and sales.
  • Improve our market research along with solid analytical skills to make sure company in most profitable offer.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is quality and delivered on time.
  • Responsible for ordering materials, tools, equipment and services.
  • Assisting in day to day procurement/purchasing operations.
  • Assisting in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic manner.
  • Perform procurement and its related activities to meet the cost, schedule and quality requirements.
  • Preparing and issuing of contracts and POs after approval.
  • To keep track of shipment of products by working with logistic coordinator to attain customer satisfactory targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • ITE / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing in the construction industry.
  • Experiences in construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence.
  • Strong time management, ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with people at all level.
  • Experienced in using Business Central 365 for procurement related operations.
