Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts.
  • Execute and obtain multiple suppliers quotations for comparison.
  • Analyze market trends and procurement data for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock levels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on procurement needs.
  • Maintain procurement records and provide insights on spending patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing of goods and services.
  2. Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.
  3. Procurement Process: Execute and obtain multiple suppliers quotations for comparison, manage purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues.
  4. Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  6. Inventory Coordination: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
  8. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain procurement records, prepare reports, and provide insights on spending patterns and supplier performance.
Key Requirements
