    • Conduct regular supplier reviews and market research to support strategic sourcing projects.
    • Analyse Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to drive cost efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Procurement Operations & PO Management
    • Coordinate monthly centre orders and verify appropriate quantities and cost control.
    • Process, review, and approve Purchase Orders (POs) and purchases via authorised platforms.
    • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolving discrepancies and shortages promptly.
    • Maintain product records and pricing in NetSuite; support procurement‑related projects and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Collect and analyse procurement and spend data to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards on procurement performance, spend trends, and vendor analysis.
    • Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and consolidate monthly vendor expense reports.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all centre‑level procurement queries.
    • Liaise with vendors on delivery, quality, and scheduling issues.
    • Provide guidance on procurement policies, processes, and troubleshooting daily issues.
    • Foster collaboration to improve communication and operational efficiency across teams.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records and manage contract renewals and expirations.
    • Recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and transparency.
