The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the procurement function by sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and non-food items for the Central Kitchen, while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply. This role works closely with suppliers, production, and quality assurance teams to maintain product standards and optimize procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of food and non-food items as per company requirements.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Production and QA teams to ensure all products meet quality specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels to manage stock availability and reduce excess or obsolete items.
  • Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures; maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Participate in vendor performance reviews and support supplier evaluation processes.
  • Conduct cost analysis, assist in benchmarking, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, highlighting operational, service, and process gaps.
  • Stay updated on market trends, supplier practices, and industry developments.
  • Perform ad-hoc procurement or operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
