Roles and Responsibilities
  • Take part in procurement functions—sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing—with varying levels of responsibility based on team needs.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
  • Implement and optimise procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance management.
  • Address supply chain challenges, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive process improvements and introduce industry best practices to enhance procurement workflows.
  • Guide and support junior procurement staff in best practices through knowledge-sharing and hands‑on assistance.
  • Leverage digital procurement tools to enhance automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement processes and support project needs.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in M&E, Construction, Marine or Facilities Management industries.
