Job summary

A leading food and procurement company in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive. This role involves managing procurement operations, aligning strategies with market initiatives, and enhancing global supply chains. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in procurement or supply chain management and 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food industry. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, along with strong negotiation and compliance skills.

Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Operations Management: execute end-to-end procurement processes including purchase planning & budgeting, PO management, delivery tracking, and inventory receipt & cost verification to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations
  • Procurement Strategy Optimization: align procurement plans with local market operations and marketing initiatives by implementing standardized material configurations and synchronizing manufacturer lead times with logistics cycles
  • Supplier & Workflow Management: develop local supplier partnerships, oversee procurement-to-delivery workflows, coordinate after-sales support services to ensure uninterrupted R&D and store operations
  • Global Supply Chain Enhancement: strengthen overseas supply chains through data-driven processes, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and digital system implementations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on, full-cycle procurement experience
  • Food industry experience preferred
  • Proven international procurement expertise across key regions including but not limited to: Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea), Central Asia, The Americas
