Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to IT products and services, coordinating maintenance contracts, and supporting sales functions. This role requires effective communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure and manage software and hardware maintenance contracts.
  • Support the sales of new IT products and services to clients.
  • Maintain and renew existing contracts to ensure service continuity.
  • Oversee and coordinate the internal maintenance team to meet service deliverables.
  • Maintain and manage a pool of part-time or outsourced manpower for contract fulfilment (e.g. token purchases).
  • Identify and report business prospects and sales opportunities to the manager (Matthew).
  • Collaborate with the procurement team on End-of-Life (EOL) processes, buyback schemes, relocation, and disposal of IT equipment.
  • Support the online sales of IT parts and loose quantity items through e-commerce platforms.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or IT product sales.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware/software lifecycle management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience with online sales or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
