Job summary

A leading Agrisolutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive to locate supply sources, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and organizational skills are a must. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the company’s success and growth.

Qualifications

  • 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably from manufacturing or trading industry.
  • Responsible, dependable and diligent in work.
  • Able to work independently and adaptable to changes.

PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
  • Locate sources of supply for purchasing and obtaining prices
  • Contact suppliers to negotiate, compare prices to determine best bids
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Prepare, review and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies
  • Estimate quantities and determine present and future material availability
  • Monitor inventory movement and ordering materials when necessary
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably from manufacturing or trading industry
  • Responsible, dependable and diligent in work
  • Possess initiative, negotiating and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work independently and possess organizational and communication skills to accomplish goals
  • Adaptable and flexible in accepting changes and responsibilities
