• Develop and manage suppliers for fabricated and structural parts such as precision machined components, enclosures, sheet metal, and frames used in semiconductor or automation equipment.
• Assess supplier performance, capacity, and capability, and implement realignment strategies to support current and future business growth.
• Execute sourcing activities, interpret engineering drawings, and collaborate with design teams to ensure procurement meets technical and delivery requirements.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and support prototype and new product builds, while sharing expertise to strengthen team competency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 3 years of procurement experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and experienced in sourcing fabrication parts such as machined components, sheet metal, and structural assemblies.
• Familiar with ERP systems and proficient in MS Office applications.
