Purpose of the Role:
  • Protect the organization from legal and operational risk by ensuring all contracts, vendor relationships, and renewals comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain business continuity by proactively managing contract lifecycles, software licenses, and personnel documentation to prevent service disruptions and compliance gaps
Role Attributes:
  • Detail-oriented and compliance-focused – requires meticulous attention to contractual terms, deadlines, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and systematic tracking.
  • Cross-functional coordination role – serves as a central liaison between legal, vendors, HR systems, and internal stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the legal department and vendors to facilitate clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
