Job Description:

• Entering of procurement-related data into the accounting software for financial tracking and analysis.
• Responsible for liaising with both local and international suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate procurement of goods.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including purchases, invoices, and delivery information.
• Collaborating with logistics for the transportation and delivery of goods, while also working closely with accounting to manage financial processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• At least Higher Nitec in Operations/Logistic Management or equivalent.
