Job Summary

This individual will focus on procurement data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives. He/She is expected to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment that requires effectively balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent priorities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support advanced data analytics and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives within the procurement function.
  2. Analyze complex procurement datasets to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Develop comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor and evaluate procurement performance metrics such as Savings, Spend, and Turnaround Time.
  4. Design and implement automated reporting systems that provide real‑time visibility into procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on accurate and timely data.
  5. Identify automation opportunities within procurement workflows and design RPA solutions for data processing and KPI generation.
  6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in database, data processing & data mining (exposure to Procurement or Supply Chain analytics will be added advantage).
  • Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within procurement or supply chain functions.
  • Hands‑on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or relevant BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to develop and implement automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and key performance metrics is an advantage.
