Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Procurement cum Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage requisitions, ensure timely material delivery, and handle various administrative tasks. A diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a construction company are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Handles all requisition from project team and processes POs within required time.
  • Ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Matching of suppliers invoices with supporting documents such as PO & DO.
  • Maintain and follow up delivery order, purchase order, equipment record and other related matters.
  • Manage monthly payroll of workers.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, etc.
  • Answering phone calls.
