Job summary

A client organization in Singapore seeks a Procurement Coordinator to manage invoice processing, vendor coordination, and procurement support. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in office administration and familiarity with Workday. This is a 5-month contract with a basic salary of up to SGD 3,500. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Preferred experience in government procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle invoice processing, vendor coordination, and procurement support.
  • Manage office equipment servicing and inventory of supplies.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Coordinate fixed asset management and registry file digitalisation.
  • Maintain staff records and attend to administrative enquiries.
  • Perform other ad hoc office administration and operational duties.
