Job Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement operations in accordance with the company’s Procurement Policies and Procedures, including purchase order (PO) issuance and invoice matching.
- Verify product deliveries against issued POs and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Manage procurement quotations, review and negotiate vendor pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery schedules to meet project and customer requirements.
- Support RFQ inquiries from the project team.
- Build strong, value-added relationships with vendors and cross-functional departments.
- Assist in new vendor registration and annual vendor evaluations.
- Global Supply Chain Enhancement: Strengthen overseas supply chains through data-driven processes, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and digital system implementations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required
- Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Chemical.
- Relevant working experience with a good understanding of material costing and Bills of Quantity (BQ).
- Strong analytical, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strong sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with various departments, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks based on company needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and internal customers.
- Keen attention to detail with a careful and precise approach to work.
- Effective team player with integrity and a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
