Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Order items from vendors or service providers as required.
  • Obtain at least three quotations to verify purchase prices and ensure proper comparison before making any purchase.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and submit for approval.
  • Maintain good relationships with both vendors and customers.
  • Use company and/or customer systems or portals for day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in administrative support, purchasing, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with using online systems or portals for daily operations.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Preferably candidates who are available to start work immediately.
