Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Order items from vendors or service providers as required.
- Obtain at least three quotations to verify purchase prices and ensure proper comparison before making any purchase.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and submit for approval.
- Maintain good relationships with both vendors and customers.
- Use company and/or customer systems or portals for day-to-day operational tasks.
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in administrative support, purchasing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with using online systems or portals for daily operations.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Preferably candidates who are available to start work immediately.
