Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement Executive / Purchasing Assistant to manage sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and purchasing activities. You will ensure timely procurement of materials and services, maintain strong supplier relationships, and support overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full spectrum of procurement activities — sourcing, quotation, negotiation, order placement, and delivery coordination.

  • Ensure all purchases comply with user specifications and company policies.

  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for optimal pricing, payment terms, and timely delivery.

  • Expedite orders and monitor deliveries to meet project timelines.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing data, and documentation.

  • Liaise with suppliers on product quality issues, claims, and replacements.

  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams on delivery and payment matters.

  • Collaborate with project, sales, and procurement teams to support operational needs.

  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance based on quality, cost, and reliability.

  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on market trends.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.

Job Requirements
