A reputable consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Procurement and Inventory Coordinator/Supply Chain Officer to manage purchasing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 'O' Level education and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in the Aviation industry preferred.   • Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 6.00 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $3000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Issue purchase orders to purchase parts, components, and other materials.
  • Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
  • Implement and uphold workplace safety and health practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive procurement database and vendor records.
  • Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking and track expiry dates to reduce wastage.
  • Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines.
  • Keep store areas clean and orderly.
  • Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks.
  • Collect or deliver consumables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the Aviation industry is preferred.
